To make a delicious Vietnamese spring rolls, one must know the steps of frying it.
Firstly, heat two cups of oil at high heat and when the oil starts to form bubbles.
Secondly, insert the spring rolls but it is advisable to add two at a time rather than adding all the spring rolls at once as it is more difficult to control the doneness of it.
Thirdly, when the colour of the spring roll starts to turn golden brown, gently flip it and make sure that both sides have even colours.
Fourthly, when all the spring rolls are ready, drip off all excessive oil. Then take a piece of lettuce and lay it on a serving plate and put all the spring rolls on it to be presentable.
Lastly, take the spring roll and dip it into a dipping sauce and wrap it with the lettuce.
Therefore, to make a delicious Vietnamese spring rolls, one must follow the steps accordingly.
